Lindsay Garstang is originally from the United Kingdom. She relocated to the Southern Tier in 2015. Lindsay attended Canterbury Christchurch University Law School in Kent, England, earning her LLB in Law, graduating with honors in 2012. She excelled in areas such as Property Law, Employment Law, Wills and Trusts.
Prior to studying Law, she worked in accounts providing payroll and expenses within a TV Broadcasting Company. This role prepared her for a future working to tight deadlines, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and providing quality work.
Lindsay worked as an intern with Albinson & Napier Solicitors, in England. Specializing in Land Law, Employment Law, Family Law and Personal Injury Law. The experience she gained was invaluable, this included observing how instructions are taken from clients, how assets and liabilities are dealt with and how to read through cases to gather relevant information.
She started an internship with Robert S. Beehm in November 2019 providing her with hands on experience and the knowledge of the day to day running of a Law Firm. She progressed to part time Legal Assistant in January 2020, with the hopes of progressing to Paralegal in preparation for sitting the New York Bar in the near future.
