Robert Beehm is a native of Binghamton, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at Binghamton University in May of 1986, graduating with honors. He received his legal education at Albany Law School of Union University, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree in May of 1989. While at Albany Law School Robert spent a semester studying at the University of London, Faculty of Laws and worked closely with a British Barrister in Inner Temple London.
Upon graduating from Albany Law School Robert began his legal career in a private practice in Manhattan, before moving home first to establish the litigation practice of Cahill & Beehm in Endicott, New York and then his own practice in Binghamton. Robert has represented individuals, families and businesses in all local, state and federal courts and has drafted legal documents for litigation, corporate and commercial transaction purposes and for all typical family needs.
Throughout the last two decades Robert has obtained a wealth of experience and knowledge in every area of practice and today is proud to be expanding his own firm.
Robert is also the Examiner of Guardianships in Broome County, New York since 1998 and was elected President of the Board of Directors for the Broome County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. in January of 1999. Robert is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Art Mission and Theater in Binghamton, New York. Robert has also given many lectures as both a community speaker and a continuing Legal Education speaker for the Bar Association on a number of topics of law and is a contributing member of his community. Robert is also a former Judge for the Village of Endicott.
Robert is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of New York; all New York Federal Courts; the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Most recently in December 2021 Robert became a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
